28 March 2007

Yesterday went for the interview at Singapore Epson Pte Ltd at Tuas for Procurement Assitant (PA aka Buyer). The staff over there seems friendly even the security guards. The appointment should be at 2pm but without a watch I could guess I have waited for Mr Chow for half an hour. The first facial expression he gave me was many question marks in his mind. Haha, that might because he saw my expected salary. Hees. The young man a father of 2 was polite, easy going as well as outgoing. He stated during the interview that they employ me he hopes I will stay long with them as he intends to promote one of the staff there. The one that going to get promoted is Cindy. (Too many coincidence. My aunt was also a procurement specialist and also happens to work at Tuas and she's none other than Cindy Aunt) Anyway, some questions that he asked I felt that I didn't answer him well enough. Like "What do you learn in your higher nitec", "Tell me about your working experience". These two questions definitely sucks. Haha... alright, they'll call me back tomorrow. Chances are 40:60 and I think most probably i'll give up my studies if I were given the chance cuz is a really good opportunity. Guess mom will be extremely disappointed as she really hopes that I can continue to pursue my studies. In two minds, suggestion please send to my hp.

I felt so envious of fresh graduate working in Bank Environment as Bank Teller as I personally think that the pay is pretty well paid and on top of that there're allowance and lots of benefits. Comparing both Bank Teller and Procurement Assistant, BT has a much more easier scope of work and less pressure but from the start, I'd say BT benefits is slightly better than Procurement Assistant. But in terms of prospect then I'll say PA. Sighs...

24 March was definitely a bad day for me, I realised that how great a blog can be and it's just like my best friend where I shared all my memories.

I hope I'll luv myself more
